How to Invite a New User to the Platform

Manual Invitation
Manual invitation is recommended for a single, or a handful of users. To add many users you may utilise invitation through file import.
1. Access the Admin Panel
To invite a new user, you need to be an administrator on the platform. Begin by navigating to the Admin Panel. You can find this section either under the Users tab or the Invites section.
2. Add a New User
In the Admin Panel, click on the "Add New User" button. A pop-up window will appear.
3. Enter User Information
In the pop-up window, enter one or more email addresses of the users you want to invite.
Select at least one role for the new users from the role dropdown. This role will determine the permissions and access levels for the user within the platform.
4. Send Invitations
After adding the email addresses and selecting the role(s), confirm the details by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
The system will send invitations to the provided email addresses, allowing the users to join the platform.
5. View Pending Invitations
Once the invitations are sent, they will appear in the Invitations section, where you can track the status of each invite.
Inviting Users via CSV or XLSX File
You can also import multiple users at once using a CSV or XLSX file.
Prepare the File:
The file should contain the email addresses of the users.
Select the default role for all users included in the file.
Import the File:
In the Invites section, click on "Import Users" and upload the prepared file.
After importing, the system will automatically send invitations to all users in the file.
Helpful Tips
Make sure the email addresses are correct before sending invitations.
Users will receive an invitation email with a link to complete their registration.
If a user doesn’t receive the invitation email, ensure it hasn’t ended up in their spam/junk folder.
