1. Access the Users Management Section
To suspend user access, go to the Admin Panel and navigate to the Users section under the Administration Module.
2. Suspend Access for a Single User
In the Users table, find the user you wish to suspend.
Next to the user’s name, you will see the option to Suspend Access.
Click Suspend Access, and the user will no longer be able to access the organization with the given email.
3. Suspend Access for Multiple Users
To suspend access for multiple users at once, check the boxes next to the users you wish to suspend.
Once the users are selected, you will see an option at the top of the table to Suspend Access for Selected Users.
Click this option, and access will be suspended for all the selected users for your organization.
4. Impact of Suspended Access
Users with suspended access will not be able to access your organizations products, but they will still retain access to other organizations they belong to.
These users will not count towards your subscription quota.
5. Re-enabling User Access
If you need to re-enable a suspended user's access, you will not be able to send a new invitation.
Instead, you will need to reactivate the suspended user(s). Once reactivated, the user will regain access to your organization and it’s products.
