How to Manage Your Profile

1. Access Your Profile

To manage your profile, click on your profile icon or name in the top right corner of the platform. Select Profile from the dropdown menu to navigate to your profile settings.

2. Change Your Profile Picture

  • In the Profile Settings page, you’ll see an option to upload or change your profile picture.

  • Click the Upload button to choose a new image from your device.

  • Once uploaded, the image will automatically update and be visible on your profile.

3. Edit Personal Details and Contact Information

  • In the Personal Information section, you can update your name, email address, phone number, and other personal details.

  • After making any changes, make sure to click Save to update your profile.

4. View Your Groups

  • Under the Groups section, you can view a list of all the groups you are currently a member of within the platform.

  • This section helps you manage and monitor your access to various groups.

5. Review Recent Logins

  • The Recent Logins section displays a list of your most recent logins, including:

    • IP Address

    • Location

    • Device Information

  • This provides you with insight into your login history for security purposes.

6. Manage Sessions and Security

Force Logout Across Sessions
  • If you want to log out of all active sessions, click on Force Logout. This will sign you out of all devices and sessions where you’re currently logged in.

  • This action is especially useful if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Force Password Change
  • If needed, an admin or the user themselves can initiate a forced password change.

  • To do this, click Force Password Change. The user will be logged out, and the next time they log in, they’ll be prompted to set a new password.

Managing Profiles for Managed Users

1. Profile Management by Admin

For managed users (users with the same email domain as the organization's verified domain), admins can also manage the following:

  • Change profile details on behalf of the user, including the profile picture, personal details, and contact information.

  • Force logout across sessions or force a password change for the managed user, ensuring security and control.

2. User Profile Control

  • Users and admins of managed users have full access to their profile settings, including editing personal details and security controls like logging out or forcing a password reset.
