How to Create a New Organization

1. Start the Organization Creation Process

• If you're registering without an invitation, once you complete your registration, you will be taken to the Platform dashboard at probit.one after login, where you can create a new organization.

  

2. Launch the Organization Creation Wizard

Once you opt to create a new organization, a wizard will be launched to guide you through the setup process.

3. Provide Basic Organization Information

In the first step, you will need to enter basic information about your organization:

• Name: Enter the display name of your company (e.g. My Company)

• Subdomain: Choose a unique subdomain for your organization (e.g., mc.probit.one).

  

• About your company: Provide information about your company such as Org. type, Level, Industry, Organization Size and expected Team Size of the team which will be using our services.

• Address Information: Provide the address details of your organization.

• Contact Information: Enter contact information for your company, email and/or phone number

4. Select Products and Packages

• After entering the basic information, you will select the products and packages you wish to use for your organization. Either from predefined set of packages or from list of products if you switch to “Build your own”.

  

  

• Choose one or more products from the available options. If you need additional products or custom packages, you can contact the sales team directly from this window to receive a custom quote.

5. Input your payment information

• Finally, you will be asked to provide your payment information to complete the registration process.

• You will also see an overview of your selected services and the price of products.

  

6. Final Confirmation

• After entering your payment information, click Complete Registration. Your new organization will be created, and you’ll have full access to the platform and all selected products and services.

  

7. Access your organization

You can now view your organization in the list of organizations. Navigate to it by clicking on the “View” button on the right side of the card, or directly by typing in the address you’ve chosen (e.g. mc.probit.one )
